I-390 to West Henrietta Road. Turn South and continue until the intersection of West Henrietta and Bailey Road (7-Eleven on the Corner).

Turn right on Bailey. Continue to the intersection of Bailey Road and John Street. Turn left at the light.

The American Red Cross is the first building on the right. Turn right at the 2nd entrance and right again into the donor parking lot.
